Poem -

Her

Her eyes semi closed hoping her fantasies become her reality.

It’s just like the way she pictured herself as little

It isn’t what she had in mind. Her dream is soon to be gone

Unfulfilled she might end up with a dark shadow behind her all along

Life has become her greatness weakness

Life has kept her dead inside

The pain that has gone through her is the reason for her sleep

It is not a solemn sleep is a mournful grief within her closed eyelids

Laying on that soft lonely bed

Craving to be rescued craving to be led

Waiting to be swept of her feet instead.

All along she has stood strong

Struggled and cheer every year.

Correcting what she did wrong

Pushing forward without fear
