Heroless state

Heroless state

I woke up this morning and I can't recall how I got to this place

I've dusted the mirror and I don't seem to recognize me face.

I try to set for the sky but There are so many problems holding down my cape

Stretching out a magic ward doesn't do the trick no more

the size and looks of your scepter doesn't even the score

Cos there is no room for a hero, not in this state

You can't think of how to save yourself so others ain't your problem

You don't  seek for someone to lead you to the new Jerusalem

The shields keeps getting heavy and it's like a hammer trying to sink and make you drown

You lit your lantern to help move as fast as a lighten but yet you keep slowing down

You need all the wishes of fairies and genie to restore you and to set you free

Cos there's no room for a hero, not in this state

Remind me of what it means to free, what it means to be happy, what it means to have peace

and show me how to love and to prosper and to share without breaking it to pieces

cos it feels like the world running out of kindness,we only think mostly of ourselves and we can't free ourselves in this heroless state.
