Poem -

Hold my hand

Hold my hand

I look down to your smiling face so happy to be with me,
How is it that you've grown so fast in a few months you'll be three.

Those eyes so blue, your heart so pure,
what's just one hug when you can have more.

Oh how I love you my sweet little boy,
You've given me an abundance of joy.

You reach for me I reach for you,
you hold my hand a love so true.

Hold my hand and walk with me,
learn to count and talk with me.
Hold my hand and run with me,
learn to dance have fun with me.
Hold my hand and sing with me,
enjoy Summer, fall, winter and spring with me.

Your story has barely just begun,
I feel truly blessed to be your mum.
and as your story continues to unfold,
I hope you know you'll always have my hand to hold.
