Poem -
Hold On Tight
Life is a rollercoaster
of highs and lowsÂ
and we should all remember
because sometimes
​​​​​​the ride is a bit more bumpy than othersÂ
and it's those times
we have to hold on tighterÂ
hoping the wheels don't completely derail
leaving us crushed
or worse dead.

There was a time I'd have thought dead was the worst, I've since learned I was wrong ...it is crushed. An excellent observation of emotions Shirley and how we are all on that old ride. All we can do is hold tight and try to smile lol x
