Holding 2 hearts

Holding 2 hearts

I have two hands that hold two hearts and one of these is yours, and my heart is still waiting for you to walk right through that door. Although you left us years ago it seems like yesterday, and when your son says bring dad home, what am I to say. For in my hand I hold his heart, your soul is in his eyes, I comfort him so late at night when he lays in bed and cries. The photos are all dusty now but they sit there still in place and your son he stands there staring at his fathers beautiful face. He is doing well at school now and trying to behave, we will tell you more on Sunday when we bring flowers to your grave. RIP
