Holding On and Letting Go

I have a feeling that's entirely new.
I want to wake up beside you.
To see the sunshine on your face,
as it reflects your featured grace.
I want to see your morning smile.
I want to feel your hands holding mine.
'cause it feels like i could walk a mile,
when I'm with you I feel so fine.
I want to see you sleep...
to you I've fallen deep.
I want to hug you tightly as I can,
with you I wanna have fun in the sun.
I want to give you all I can offer,
Sadly we can't be s we were.

I know it's been so long...
but you still hold my heart.
I feel lonely in every song;
'cause in my life you kept a part.
I miss you in every "hi" I hear,
my heart beats fast when you are near.
You have a way that eases my fears.
Life is colorful when you are here.
I've loved you secretly...
now I miss you so badly.
And each time I close my eyes,
I remember how the moments were nice.

Now I deeply long for you...
'cause you're in everything I see.
I was hoping you'd miss me too,
I guess it wasn't meant to be.
A final kiss and goodbye,
with my broken heart I must fly.
To mend it I must do,
even if it means forgetting you.
In life I wish you happiness.
