~ HOLLOW MOON ~

Oh enigmatic moon, within thy three layered crust
Lay answers of amazement to our unsuspecting few
That yours is an age even older than mother earth
With no water on thy skin but hidden deep within
And no rotation of yours as you and Mother dance
Yet, susceptible are you to the deepest moonquakes
This perfect ballet 'twixt you and Mother Earth
Leaves my heart quietly questioning,
Are you not our natural satellite?
Have you been purposely placed in our sky
With a God's great precision and foresight
As a protector shining those many anomalous lights,
And "The Shard" that great obelisk that towers as a sign
That there may have been some kind of life
Walking upon your glassy decks
Well before humanity?....
Oh enigmatic moon, how are you so radioactive
Have you travelled to us at such great speeds
As to make your roads glassy
And stunning metals your chassis?
You have bathed us in such great comfort each night
And eclipse with such magnificent awe and delight
That we have not bothered to question...
And now it IS known that our moon is hollow
I fear that the world will quiver tomorrow
But fear not, for with this new barrage of information
That shall be thrust upon the shoulders of each and every nation
Shall come a symbiotic song, whistling a most familiar tune
A brand new race of explorers,
From the dark side of the moon...

I love this poemΒ
I'm into astronomy and isn't it sad that we never get to see the dark side of the moon? The Astronauts did though...correct me if I'm wrong but if you were to land on the light side then you would be scorched by the suns radiation?
Anyway...Excellent write.

OMG SYD......there is SO much I can tell you or talk with you about what's up Astronomically......the moon holds so many secrets.....and they are hidden hints within this poem......but if you want to get deep into it you're gonna have to text or face to face me.......The dark side of the moon is holding secrets like the fact that there is already a city there.....and there is current proof of that fact......the idea that our moon is there accidentally or by some divine reason is HOGWASH....it was put there for a reason....to help humanity develop!!.....I can go on & on but we should seriously talk about one of my most passionate truisms!!......Let's talk brother!!.....Peace....and thank you!.....Out!!Β : )
