Poem -

Hollows

You probably feel so alone, so far from home
that no one cares that you have known
When days last like years, and years like a day
staring at the paper, not knowing what to say
Don't be afraid or nervous about the future that doesn't exist
today's troubles and sieges on happiness you must resist
All will come to pass just as it should for you
just keep working hard, you'll get what's due

This has such a sad depression deposit upon read,
a long struggle it seems, All negative comes with positive, you just need to
balance the fruit bowl, to see the inner works
well done much love, nardine xx

Travis Blair,

Good write on depression. Sadness is somewhat we all experience; it’s a normal, human emotion. We experience it when we experience something unpleasant in life—a loss, a disappointment, and so on.Unhappiness is what happens when normal events occur in ways that are hurtful. Misery can occur at very regular intervals in our everyday lives. However, sadness is not constant. Sadness is not an every-moment-of-every-day thing like depression is. Sadness relents, depression doesn’t.

Cheer up, be positive and energetic

Regards
