Holly, So Far...

Holly, So Far...

Have I found you yet - the real you?

Our paths cross fleetingly like the hands of a clock

Lives unfurl gradually, revelation and aftershock

Like a single red rose within a white rose bouquet

You glisten like a snowflake on a frosty Spring day

Doubtless you'll soon be elsewhere on this planet

Routed for heights that you'll someday achieve

Unshackled and limitless, so trust and believe

Carry yourself forward, disarm and delight

Elegance and beauty - a black swan in flight
