~ HOME ~
At times,
(in my mind)
I visit a quiet place
An open pleasure-dome of tranquility
Where trees drip
With a deeply comforting silence
And a soundlessness
Beneath my feet
That lends a sense of healing
As I pad along
Through carpeted hills of heather
Where this feeling
Grows more magical with each happy stride
Through valleys and glens
I am filled
With a clear contentedness
As the weather beams
A symphonic sun
Lavishing a light unfamiliar upon me
And yet
It cradles my imagination
Allowing me the freedom to be unafraid
For I am truly bathing
In magnificence
Where everything is known to me
And every breath I take
Is Home
The home from whence I have come
And can clearly see
On the horizon
Of my life...

Wow Tony!! I had to read this twice as it was just sssooooo amazingly brilliant! I love the descriptive text you get the reader to engage in of a beautiful imaginative tranquil place. I could almost feel it. Then as you reach that peaceful place you see your life...like a reflection. Its sossooooo pinned!!
