Hope

Hope

but then came_
an outstretch hand from the vicious storm
an open door leading towards peaceful grounds
an escape pathway away from pain and fear
a ray of light, piercing through the pitch black clouds
a victorious laughter from within
a song of harmony from heaven’s angels above
a peace and calm that surpasses my own

But then came_
Hope…
