Hospital Corridors

Hospital Corridors

From time to time I go backĀ  walk the Hospital corridors where Helen my dear wife passed away, staff and doctors all so kind, she used to wave they responded by waving back, so loved she was by all, there's never a day goes by without me thinking of her and how we used to be

I don't think she ever left the Hospital I believe her spirit still wanders the endless corridors at night, In hope of finding me, In life we were never apart like Siamese
twins Incapable of being alone, one needing the other In order to live, you know In your heart there's no coming back, but you still keep hoping for a miracle, So I'll keep walking those Hospital corridors In hope I find her spirit there, for usĀ  to be together again and never again be apart.
