How do you lose life?
Life is lost in many ways,
you lose when you want live
the life of others and not yours.
Is lost criticizing the mistakes
of others,
and not improving yours.
Is lost when you regret
every moment for having failed
and not looking for solutions
to be able to succeed.
Is lost when you spend
envying others,
and not getting
over yourself.
Is lost when you focus
only on negative things,
and stop enjoying
the good ones.
Life is not lost when
you stop breathing,
if not when you stop
being happy.
