How much do you love hearts?

You get on with life as a dreamer,
You're a bright kinda person.
You like drawing and cooking yummy cookies.
You like to contemplate roses.
But when you start to daydream,
Your mind turns straight to hearts.

Sometimes I look at you and I look into your eyes,
I notice the way you think about hearts with a smile,
Curved lips you just can't disguise.
But you think it's roses making your life worthwhile.
Why is it so hard for you to decide which you love more?
Roses or...
Hearts?

You like to use words like 'God bless' and 'love.'
You like to use words about roses.
But when you stop your talking,
Your mind turns straight to hearts.

Sometimes I look at you and I look into your eyes,
I notice the way you think about hearts with a smile,
Curved lips you just can't disguise.
But you think it's roses making your life worthwhile.

But when left alone,
