How sad.......

I read the daily news today, how sad to see...

It was no different from yesterday

Nothing new, nothing has changed

All just sadness from this day and age

Where has all the morality gone

....to the sky and the planet of the sun?

Seems to be the only planet shining still

As ours, decays from our own immoral will!

How sad to see, a mothers plea

Another child missing, another rape, a drug victim

Gruesome killings over politics and religion

What is man gaining from all this insanity?

When will all this evil come to end?

Will man, lifes gift, ever befriend?

When the wrath of our hand

Finally wipe out the earth

Maybe then, will we be glad....... How sad!
