Humble being

Being far too humble 

There's a such thing 

It'll bring More pain 

Than an insane amount of arrogance 

In exchange 

Tame the feelings 

And make a killing 

For rather you're up or down 

They'll continue billing 

To a certain extent 

Is humbleness appealing 

And that button eventually 

Being pressed is thrilling 

They'll use you 

Abuse you 

Take advantage of the fact 

Your conscience doesnt excuse you 
 
It's not that I'm knocking it 

I put a throttle and be the model 

The epitome an idol 

And be the best I can be 

While having humble as a title 

It's good, hell it's great! 

That beast of a heart 

Slinging blood to each part of the body 

Like it's almighty 

Got you treating others like they're  your brothers 

And sisters including the listeners 

While I see truth in the fact that 

We all will stumble maybe even fumble 

I also believe in the thought 

That there's a such thing 

As being far too humble
