Hurry Up Summer

I can’t wait till this summer

This school year needs to end

It’s really been a bummer

But I’ll soon be with friends.

I am tired of the drama

I think I’ve had enough

These tests giving me trauma

Time to do what I love.

Toss out the text books

Recycle the papers

Hello white sand beaches

Goodbye school, see ya later.

This summer will be great

I can already tell

I surely can not wait

Until that final bell.
