I AM ALIVE...

Right,
Haha, I'm testing something out, I just wanted to know where I'd go,
The time of starting this is 18:51,
I'm shattered from work, done the tea, had a bit of a chit chat with my daughters about school/college and my oldest driving lesson progress, everything seems to be hunky dory, tomorrow is my 9th shift in a row, then I'm off for the weekend, for a big lad, I take it down! ? anyway I'm going off track, the point in this is, I've nothing really going on in my head and I wanted to test something out, the process of writing something without really thinking or editing and just really going with my own flow and see what I come up with and I'll post it straight away,
Time now, 18:59. ??

I see a smile in blue eyes, she has the power to change the world,
I feel a love in her kind, she has the belief, that in love, it's her turn,
I dream a life in her mind, she has a heart because she's been hurt,
But now she's afraid to love, she's afraid to reignite after being burned.

I twist some of my words, I fear that it's me who I speak of most times,
Maybe I reflect upon myself and project my insecurities in poetic rhyme,
I'm not sure, but it certainly helps me through, especially at 19:29
I'm willing to speak from deep down, I want to search myself and never hide.

If I magnify who I am,
I'm a river flowing wild,

We shouldn't compare ourselves to others,
Our time should be spent with whoever is closest,
We breathe in this life and we may never get another,
Cherish the ones who are with us, some have no father or mother.

It's nice to paint a pretty little picture from the outside world,
But it's who you choose your life with, to live and to learn,
At the end of the day everybody hurts and everybody loves,
DON'T be afraid, life is for living, you might find your turtle dove.

I'm feeling so alive!
Best of all I can still smile,
Why?
Because I'm living,
I'm writing tonight,
My oldest daughter is doing her college art,
My youngest is singing aloud with all her heart,
I'll tell you again,
It's 19:49,
I'm so very lucky
I'm so full of pride,
I feel so alive,
I AM ALIVE....

so the question to myself was, when doing this, where would I go, the answer is, my love, my family ???
