Sometimes the world becomes so
Loud and i forget that i am breathing, that my heart is still beating~

I beg for silence, in those moments,
Just to hear my mind speak

For itself, it's often lost
Within the turbulence

To search my soul
For answer's

Asking questions , waiting
For an echo within a new space

I can't create silence, nor remove
Living from life,

But from time to time
~ I take my own advice

Placing my hand upon my mouth
To feel the warmth of my breath

Remembering the importance
Of living, avoiding death

My pulse, racing towards the end

Death awaits us all ~ lets not pretend,

Find clarity on earth within noise
~ as your friend

Its loud and annoying
~ but silence

TRUE SILENCE
is ~THE END.
