I Found Myself

     I found myself alone again 
Sure I can go visit a friend 
but I’m alone again
     I find myself somewhat boring 
I keep telling the same old stories 
from beginning to end 
     I find myself, to be very honest
every poem, every sonnet 
but who really cares 
     I find myself alone again
talking to myself with a pen
and yet I still share
