Poem -

I have made love

I have made love

I have made love

you were the one for me.
You saw the confusions
Hiding in my heart and
Took me to visit yours.

We made love and
you showed me the
Moon and stars falling
like beautiful rains from
.the summer skies.

You removed the fences
that had kept me
In my childhood.
Showed me the planets
Untouched and full
of possibilities.

Should I never
find this intensity
And passion in the
lovers yet to come.

I shall know this.
I have made love.
And have seen the
Moon stars falling to earth
on a spangled summer night.

Ahhhhhh the first time... Jude

Hello Jude,

Your beautifully written poem, reminds me of a lovely song from the 1960's by Roberta Flack, "The First Time Ever".  You have captured the essence of young innocence, and one's journey into adulthood.  Very well said.

Hugs, Peace and Love,
