I have seen the light

I guess I can tell you I have seen the light as I look outside my window into the distance, out of sight
No longer shall I ever take a green field for granted with the Farmer’s yellow ripe corn that he has planted
As I stare at that round yellow blazing ball up above I will appreciate it more with accolade and grateful love

Mr Moon may be watching me on a cold clear night but I can tell you now he shall be my sheer delight
As he shines his moonbeams and is surrounded by twinkly stars I shall be searching eagerly for Jupiter and Mars
I will use these periods of isolations to soak up Magna Mater’s beautiful creations
I can open my windows on a rainy day and listen to the birds as they chirp and play

Whilst I will sit in solitude amidst my garden path I shall secretly spy the little robin in my bird bath
I am not going to let Coronavirus get me down, nor will it make my smiley mouth frown
After all this is just a moment in time
A challenge from beyond which we will climb
There is no doubt at all in my mind happiness and healthiness will come back to us in kind
