Poem -

I hear music

As I walk through the city, also through the town.

I hear music all around me, circulating my crown.

I dance across the pavement, and through the crowded street.

To the gently playing music, I begin to tap my feet.

I soon begin to tire and find a place to rest.

Before a gentle thudding begins inside my chest.

I jump in quite a startle and begin to realize,

That the people all around me have laughter in their eyes.

There was no music to begin with,

Just the iPod in my ears.

The others did not join in because...

They did not know it was Brittany Spears.
