How very dramatic
To say
One is broken
As if brokenness might be worn
Exhibited
Like an expensive melancholy
in
A heart wrenching token

And don't we just love them
Those who spill these foul
words
As if
They are especially worse
Than the rest of the herd

More precious
Entitled and sadder by far
As if the rest had a mishap
While they were hit
By a car

Abominably feeble
Ever owning the dark
While the rest of us breathe
In a place
Much less stark

Well I admit that these thoughts
Had once crossed my own mind
In the time of before, before
I woke up to find

I AM BROKEN TOO

I AM REALLY FUCKING BROKEN

And this is really not out there
For opinioned debate
I care nothing for chatter
Diagnoses can wait
