I knew Nothing At All

I knew Nothing At All

Suddenly I'm awake, my pillow soaking wet, cold damp all around my neck
Desperately trying to see the time
In the dark 1 am been awoken by pain
Osteoarthritis responsible never realised how bad the pain could
be
Struggling to stand
feel so sick, thought
I knew of my poor wife Helens
pains
In truth, I knew nothing at all that osteoarthritis
was only one of her pains she had to endure God rest her
soul.
