I Left Helen All Alone

I Left Helen All Alone

Never once In life had left my wife Helen alone
As I walked away from her grave first time leaving
her all alone
I was walking away
leaving the love of my life In such a dark and cold place
It felt like I had abandoned her
For first time in my life couldn't turn around and rescue her Utterly lost feeling a terrible guiltΒ unable to sleep knowing where she was now laying
Far to soon she was robbed of life Helen
deserved so much more In life than the hand she was
delt
If I could gone In her place to give more time with her family I would have done so.
