I love rainy days
And what not
Smothering sunsets
With what now

Patter of rain drops
Coming down
The dripping drizzle
Foundation's frown

Beadle eyes a steer
Through windows
The playground so near
With no shows

Covers over head
Sleep renewed
Just lying in bed
No elude

Water's threats outside
Me inside
My bedroom abide
Winds collide

Others must push on
With rain gear
Rain has no turn off
Back's braced bare

Toil to endure
But their test
Variety's cure
Spice no less!
