"I Love You"

She whispers "I Love You"... trite and meaningless as it rolls off of her tongue... My thoughts become disoriented; I can feel her parasitic venom infecting me.. it slowly works its way through my bloodstream attaching itself to the last guarded piece of my heart.. like acid it eats its way through the only armor I have left to protect myself.. is this where I finally fall and never stop.. or is this just another beautiful letdown...
