God only knows what horrible thoughts are churning inside her head

So I have to be very careful where on earth I tread

I don’t want to upset her anymore with the things that I’ve said 

Bless her cotton socks coz she is not at all well

They have found a mass inside her stomache and it’s hurting her like hell
