Poem -
As I Remember
Emotions run wild seeing her again
Memories flood back of pleasure and pain
She was such an important part of me
Now,wanting her by my side so desperately
Does she realize how I still love her so ?
How would she react if she were to know ?
Needing to have her in my arms to cherish
This time, I would not let our dreams perish
Life without her is drab and uninteresting
A desire to look into those eyes is overwhelming !
I want us to make love, as I remember we could
Reminding her of what we had, means that we would.
