I Saw The Light
Inspired by Jai Masters beautiful poem dedicated to me “Redemption”
Oh Dear Lord I beg of you, please hear my ardent plea;
Forgive the sins from my checkered past, I ask “Exonerated Can I Be?”
For although I erred egregiously, I changed my evil ways;
And in expiation spent my life, in the warmth of Your sweet rays!
I honored and I loved You so, when I finally saw the light;
And taught my heart to only love, ne’er again to ever fight!
Then I pledged my soul to humanity, I pledged it to all mankind;
I tried to spread Your Holy Gospel, to each lost person I could find!
So my Redemption now rests in Your hands, omnipotent they be;
For my hourglass now runs out of sand, and I pray You’ll now take me!
To lay Eternal by Your side, in the Heavens’ Paradise;
To welcome all those poor lost Souls, that now You will suffice!

I like this poem, although I'm not religiousÂ
Hi Waynehead,
I am not religious either, but my friend Jai Masters wrote a poem dedicated to me called "Redemption", so in order to honor him with a reply, I came up with this scenario of a sinner seeking forgiveness from God. Â This makes two comments you have to me this morning, so I am going to your site, to read some of your works, and reply to them by tomorrow. Â It is always so nice to make new friends on Cosmo.
Peace and Love,

Oh right I see. That's very kind of you Larry, I'll apologise in advance incase any of poems offend you (I'm not normal). Thank you though.
Yeah likewise, it's good to make new friends xxx
I love the total surrender in this write...Beautiful!
My Dear Sweet Rose,
In this write, I tried to interject myself as a reformed sinner, begging for God's forgiveness, and surrendering himself to His mercy.
Love you,
Daddio xxx
