Poem -

I See Me, I See Myself

Looking in the mirror I see exactly what you see, I see me

I see a beautiful person with a beautiful smile I also see the flaws that you fail to notice, but I see myself

Why don't you see everything I see?

I See Me

I see a person who lost their Joy, theirself I see a person with trust issues, I see myself

When I look in the mirror I see my past and where I came, I see my life and how it's drained

Looking in the mirror I see my mother and how I couldn't really talk to her how she was the provider, but didn't know how to talk to us. I see me,I see myself

Looking in the mirror I see how my mother was being abused how emotional she was and how it took her self-esteem looking at her I see me, I see myself

Looking in the mirror I see my granny how wonderful of a person she was how she took care of the family and how she pleased a man that wasn't worthy of it

Looking at her I see me I see myself

Looking in a mirror I see us all, how strong we are and how we wasn't trying to break or fall

I see me, I see myself, I see us
