I SEE THE SEA

I see the sea and the sea sees me
Nowhere else would I rather be
Sun makes the water glisten and shine
Picking up pebbles soon they will be mine

Waves aren't choppy but very still today
I've found my spot and here I will stay
Nobody around so peaceful and quiet
A bag of chips soon not good for my diet

I spot a boat or ship out in the far distance
Wonder if the owners know of my existence
My thoughts consume me I think I'll rest
Happy in the knowledge sea life is the best
