I
Spoke,
With a heavenly angel
And the words flowed
With such angelic ease
That within my soul
I understood
Although my lips
Never even seemed
To glisten, or move at all
While I found myself
Upon my knees.....
I found again,
I was in a soft fog
And words flowed
Quite comfortably
And I understood
That my understanding
Of Heaven and earth
Mattered not,
For these Angelic words
Had naught, to do
With anything I ever
Considered before
And in my quiet flotation
I found again
I knew naught, of anything,
For in these words
Spoken through a waterfall
There was such
Simplicity,
That within my divine
Understanding,
I understood
That after this life
There was nothing to fear,
For imbedded within
This angelic ease
There was light ~ and Love
Flowing,
Like the waterfall
Through which we now
Did speak,
And I found through these
Angelic contentions
That I could die right now
With absolutely
Nothing,
To fear,
Ever.....

T I read this poem out loud, sipped it slowly like good strong coffee....I don't want to say something generic like I enjoyed it and leave it there, because there is a lot of it that I'm still processing, and I want to give an honest opinion, not of the write or whether in my opinion it is good or not, that part is always easy with your work; this is a superb write without a doubt....but there is an underlying message in this write that is having such a conflicting effect on me right now my brother, I respect you tremendously and hold great affection for you as well, so I will restrain....I did enjoy this Tony, but my own religious convictions come into play here, and I can't ignore that.....perhaps I should have just said, something like 'I enjoyed this write'....nonetheless that is true above all else, this is powerful work, and certainly well written....cheers my friend
