I SPOKE TO JESUS

I SPOKE TO JESUS

I spoke to Jesus
The other day
Asked if he was well
But he wouldn’t say

I asked about heaven
And how can we get in
He said, “You must have faith”
“And try, not to sin”

I asked about his wounds
Why no blood flows from the holes
He said “I let it all bleed out”
“So I could save your souls”

Now that I have met You
Will all my sins be waved
“Only if you believe”
“And your wish, is to be saved”
