I Thank The Good Lord

     I appreciate the fact 
that no one’s on my back 
about the poetry I write

you have yours too 
so give it some life
     I thank the Good Lord 
that He does not judge my words 
just my works 
my heart 
my mind 
      I thank the Good Lord 
morning til night 
for His Mercy and Kindness
