I the Eagle

I the Eagle

    I the Eagle

If I were an Eagle my thoughts of you would be of heaven sent. If I were an Eagle my time with you would be wisely spent. If I the Eagle could soar the mountains high, then our home would be the tallest , set there amongst the clouds. If I the Eagle your cloak would be the finest of fleece aloud. If I the Eagle were afforded the finest meal in the land. Then my gift to you would be that of the sacrificial lamb.
If I the Eagle could promise to you all of time. Then I the Eagle would finally make you mine. Come fly with me my Eagle, and fly for a thousand years. But if the answer is not to be, then I may cry for a thousand tears.
