I WAKE UP EVER MORNING

It is a new day one in which to praise and Thank God for 
I wake up each day asking God to lead my way

I read the scriptures and pray
I wake up every morning eager to do what requires my attention 

I choose my thoughts wisely and harbor no malice
I cling to the Savior and ask him to direct my steps 

I praise God each step of the way and glorify his name 
Jesus oh precious Jesus

there is none like you
day and night night and day 

teach us to stop and pray for there are many lost souls today.
