Poem -

I Was Broken

Father I was broken

My Spirit was so weak

I came unto you weary

And without a voice to speak

My Soul had become desolate

Devoured by my Sin

Devoid of all your Mercy

Left an emptiness within

I prayed for you to see me Lord

And bless me with your Grace

Then while I was on bended knee

I found the gift of Faith

I thank you Lord for everyday

And the blessings each day brings

Your love has fixed my broken Soul

And gave my Spirit wings
