I was desperate you see..

I was desperate you see..

I called your name so loud and clear, I hoped you would hear me tho you wern’t near..but you didn’t answer, so I called it again..I needed your help when I felt my pain..I ran outside in the streets and I looked all around, I hunted high and low but you couldn’t be found..so I shouted your name, people were staring at me yet I didn’t care, I was desperate you see

I ran out of the city and I got in my car, I drove to the countryside it wasn’t that far..the green grass in the fields had cattle and sheep, some on all fours but most were asleep.. I needed to find you, I wanted to see..so I climbed a huge hill that was beckoning me.. exhausted and weary I reached the top, I was star-struck at the view with the distant backdrop

Then I shouted your name with every breath in my chest, I gave it my all, yes I tried my best.. again and again I yelled your name but you never heard me, Oh what a shame.. upset and confused I sat down on a stone feeling tormented and tired, very alone.. all of a sudden the sun appeared and from out of the blue, my darkness cleared..I stood up and smiled at such a beautiful sight, a double rainbow shining so bright

My prayers had been answered on the very top of that hill..with noone standing by me, I felt God’s will..he helped with my anxiety and he healed my soul, filling my heart with happiness, making it whole.. he heard me yelling, yes he recognised my plight..he provided his scenery with exhilarating delight.. breathtaking beauty beyond a doubt..I no longer felt lonely, I’d no reason to shout
