I Wish

     I wish you could imagine what I did today 
I saw my 5 grandkids, we laughed and we played 
I wish you could imagine 
    I wish you knew the work that it takes 
To be a parent, and make no mistake 
Just one could be tragic 
     I wish someday you’ll
feel how I feel
Children are the only thing real
That’s up to you
     I hope someday 
you teach them to pray
And  to love everyone, everyday
