I WONDER

I WONDER

I wonder what the captain and crew were thinking
When they reliased that the Titanic was sinking
An announcement made of a iceburg ahead
Most of the passengers knew they would end up dead

Praying for a miracle and fearing the worst
One last attempt at saving children and women first
1503 people lost their lives on that fateful day
Cabin boy or a Lord it didn't matter anyway

Some took the option and decided on suicide
A day always in history to remember those who died
