IF I HAD

If I had wings of course I would fly  
If I had strength then I wouldn't cry  
If I had the patience to sit down and wait 
If I had the right words to communicate 

If I had the right clothes and colours to wear  
If I had the choice would I be here instead of there 
If I had beauty then would I succeed
If I had not cut my leg it would not bleed 

I have though so many things to be thankful for
Something we should all remember that's for sure
