Poem -

if you let me.

I will hold your hand
When you feel alone

If you let me

I will wipe away
Your tears

That fall
within the night

I will hold you tight
All will be alright

If you let me

I will protect your heart
I'll hold it gently

allowing it never
To fall apart

I will sing
A soft spoken song

If you like
you can sing along

No silence
within the night

Unless I'm holding you tight
All will be alright

If you let me
I will love you

Like no other before
And no other again

Just you and i
Till the very end

If you let me
I'll heal your hurt

Give me your heart
To mend

Let me love you
My friend.
