There was an island in an ocean, clouds above it, I felt it
In a dream a long, long time ago, I saw it, as clear as day
I was dreaming, yet fully conscious, a lucid dream
I know one day I'll go there, I felt it, I think of it often
I have it perfectly imprinted in my mind, I was there...for a moment
I flew over it for no more than two seconds, in a dream...a time ago
Yet it stayed with me, I think of it often, every other day
The sea was blue, the island deep in vegetation, peaceful
I saw it for two seconds, yet it meant so much, it moved me
This place was somewhere special, I know this
Maybe it was heaven, I do not know
Someday I'll go, I believe I'll go, I want to go, it was home
One day I will go, one day I'll be there
