I'm missing you

I"m missing a good man I once knew.He was a friend,mentor and dad to me.I wish he was here  with all of us, passing laughter and cheer.i may have known him for a long time, but not long enough. For my mind races for your advice, for you to here you say, yeah come over, sit, relax u can stay. For your words of wisdom. I still pray to hear you say "get it together" which i never listened.Now I pray for one last thing to say,it my be late now, but I'm listening and I will make you proud. " I'm missing you"
