I’m so overwhelmed

Friendliness, 
I’ve realised comes when you least expect it,
When you need it the most.
Coming to you morning, 
Day or night.
When your springing high or falling in plight,
It’s lovely to know that they come in might!

When time is fine for you and time is right,
You’d never think such an abundance of friends will help you,
If you take a downward flight.

They come from the cracks,
The tiny little crevices,
All there to off their services.
How,
Why and when have I realised I’ve got such amazing friends.

So I thank you all in kindness and words,
I’m sorry that’s all I can offer,
Just these friendly words.
I’m overwhelmed.
I just can’t help it,
My lips are trembling as tears roll down my cheeks,
As I write this to say thank you, 
And these friendly memories,
Forever I’ll keep xx
