JUST BREATHE
I Find My Breathe
In dawn's first light, I find my breath,
A whisper in the morning's hush.
Mountain pose, I rise from earth,
In stillness, feel the world rush.
Hands reach skyward, greet the sun,
In warrior's stance, my strength's begun.
A gentle flow, the river's course,
In downward dog, I find my source.
Child's pose, I bow, release,
Surrendering to quiet peace.
Cat and cow, my spine's a song,
A dance of life, the day is long.
The tree stands firm, its roots run deep,
Balanced in the dreams we keep.
In eagle's twist, I spread my wings,
Embracing all that life now brings.
