Poem -
In moderation
When drinking that wine,
Recognize the sign,
And draw the line.
With each greasy bite,
Try something lite,
To balance out the fight.
Itās fine to unwind,
But donāt be confined,
Exercise the body and mind.
Live in moderation,
Building a strong foundation,
One based on calculation.
