In the summertime 🌞

Hark I hear a wailing thru the weeping willow trees
Underneath those golden delicious apples that are falling in the breeze
As I kneel to fill a bucket full and crouch down on my knees
Actually that wailing that I hear, is a humming coming from some honey bees
But busy bees a'bumbling is such a joyous sound
Whilst their little striped yellow vests pollenate all around
Alighting on my Hollyhocks that are scattered on the grassy ground
Oh what a lovely Summers sunny day this is with such beauty to be found
And fluttering so flimsily is a bonny Butterfly
Aww it's pretty painted pullover has just caught my beady eye
I absolutely adore this time of the year, of this I cannot lie
When the sun is shining down on everyone and smiling in the sky
